Quinn Cavin is a writer/director known for the award winning short film, The Dine-and-Dash Dater (2020), and the new media comedy series CherryBomb.
Quinn's introduction to storytelling started in 2002, when he began attending acting classes with his mom in Indianapolis. Since then, Quinn has been coast to coast exploring film and theatre. His early acting career evolved into a love for creating narratives; surreal, true, and imaginative stories through writing, directing, and producing.
Quinn studied Screenwriting and Acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City in 2018 on an acting scholarship from the New York Arts Program, which provides arts students the ability to work or study in New York City.
In 2019, he helped found the Fish in a Top Hat Film Collective, an arts organization dedicated to connecting and empowering emerging filmmakers with resources and support in New York City, in order to pay forward the experiences the New York Arts Program provided for him.
